Why the Reset exists
Help people experience Frequency First before asking them to buy anything.
They get seven days with the cards, the meditations, the coaching, the journaling, the community and me live, so they can find out for themselves what changes when they choose their frequency before everything else.
That's also why this call was about more than dates and links. I want you to understand what people are stepping into, what happens during the seven days, and how to share it as an invitation into the Frequency First movement rather than as a pitch for an Oracle deck.

What participants get for free
One Oracle card a day, for seven days
Free participants pull one Reset card each day. They don't get unlimited access to all of the deck spreads during the free experience.
The meditation connected to their card
They read their message, listen to the meditation and carry the card into their day.
Daily journaling
Before or after the meditation, whichever works for them.
A Frequency Report
Anyone who journals at least three times during the experience gets a Frequency Report built from what has been showing up in their journaling.
Root Cause Coaching
Unlocks the moment they register. They don't have to wait until October 5.
The Paradigm Shift Meditation
Also unlocks immediately, so they can use it before the Reset even begins.
Community access

The four live calls
Every call is at 10:00 AM Mountain / 12:00 PM Eastern.
Day 1 — Monday, October 5
The opening Reset experience. I teach the foundation of Frequency First and start showing people the depth of this work. The Oracle deck gets introduced as the first way to continue.
Day 3 — Wednesday, October 7
Breathwork and energetic movement. A live breathwork experience to move what the first few days have uncovered.
Day 5 — Friday, October 9
The Four S's and sovereignty. A deeper teaching on energetic and personal sovereignty, and what it takes to actually choose and hold your frequency.
Day 7 — Sunday, October 11
Integration and what comes next. Bringing the seven days together and showing people how to keep living this.
The dates, clarified
This will save you a lot of questions.
- October 5–11The official seven-day live Reset.
- October 8The last day a new person can register. Someone who joins on the 8th can still complete seven practices, because access stays open through the 15th.
- October 11–15The continuation window. I'm following up with participants about the deck, Frequency First and iAscend. This is also the best time for you to personally check in with the people you invited.
- October 15Everything closes. Free participants lose their Reset access, seven practices have to be done by this date for completion credit, and Founding Member pricing and bonuses end.
People who already own the deck
Yes — invite them.
Someone who bought the Oracle deck and hasn't really used it is an ideal person for this. Have them register for the Reset so they go through it alongside everyone else and finally experience the cards, the practices and the live teaching in a structure.
Your most important ambassador rule
Have people register through your personal Reset link.
Once someone registers for the Frequency Reset through your link, the system connects that person to you. That means I can email them later, or make an offer on a live call, and if they buy through my link, you still get your commission.
You don't have to chase people with an affiliate link every time I make an offer. The thing that matters is that their initial Reset registration is attributed to you.

You have the Frequency First Brand Voice Guide in your iAscend portal, under My Courses.
Use the AI process in it to get clear on your own voice, audience, stories, mission and message. Then take the Reset swipe copy and make it sound like you. Your own experience with Frequency First will always land harder than another advertisement.
What should I actually talk about?
Don't lead with "a free seven-day challenge." Talk about why someone might need Frequency First. Talk about the person who:
- Gets triggered and loses themselves for the rest of the day.
- Knows something intuitively and then talks themselves out of it.
- Absorbs everyone else's emotions.
- Keeps collecting spiritual tools and doesn't use them when life gets hard.
- Has a decision to make and can't hear themselves through the noise.
- Is successful on the outside and disconnected on the inside.
- Wants spirituality to be something they live, not something they occasionally practice.
Frequency First is about helping people know themselves, trust themselves, regulate themselves, and choose who they're going to be before circumstances choose it for them.
Talk about what Frequency First means to you. Talk about what the cards have shown you. Talk about how you used the tools when you were triggered, making a decision, moving through fear, listening to your intuition, leading, creating, healing, or just trying to come back to yourself.

Participants don't have to buy anything. The Reset stands on its own as a complete free experience. For the people who want to continue, I'll be inviting them into three levels.

$3,500The deepest continuation of this work, in person in the Salt Lake City area. Four days of Frequency First, coaching, breathwork, embodiment, shamanic experience and community. On the call I talked about the Homestead Crater meditation and the salt-room breathwork and healing session.
The retreat package also includes the Oracle deck, Frequency First, and the December Generational Pattern + Trauma Release Experience.
Full-pay bonus: someone who pays the full $3,500 receives two private shamanic sessions with me — chakra and biofield readings, shadow work, soul retrieval, psychic knots, or whatever comes through the energetic assessment.

One correction from the call. I said $500 on the Build-Out. I was mistaken — it was already set up at $350, and $350 is the number. Everything else is exactly as I said it.
The Reset is designed to begin a relationship, not to create a single transaction. If one of your attributed people moves deeper into this work later, that's still yours. Your relationship with someone continues well past October.
The 5-person challenge
Bring five or more new people into the Frequency Reset through your personal link who:
- Don't already own the Frequency First Oracle deck, and
- Complete all seven Reset practices by October 15
and you receive a complimentary chakra reading plus biofield reading and clearing with me.
They don't have to buy anything. This one is about getting people to actually experience the work.
What happens after someone registers
You don't have to personally carry anyone through the seven days. I've built the follow-up around the Reset.
- After registering, they get onboarding and nurture emails leading up to the experience.
- If they miss a daily practice, they get encouragement to come back.
- If they complete a practice, they get messaging that helps them integrate and go deeper.
- Afterward, the follow-up changes based on how much of the Reset they actually did. Someone who never participated doesn't get the same conversation as someone who finished all seven days.
The goal is for the whole thing to feel connected, not like one long sales campaign.

When you share, be clear that you're a Frequency First Ambassador and may be compensated if someone eventually buys through your referral. It can be simple:
You don't need to make the commission the focus of the post. Just be clear about the relationship.
What you're actually doing
You're not an ambassador because we need more people selling Oracle decks. You're helping spread Frequency First.
You're helping people learn to choose their frequency before stress, fear, another person, old programming or circumstances choose it for them. You're helping people come home to themselves: to trust what they know, to become more sovereign with their energy, to use spiritual tools in their actual lives, to make clearer decisions, to recover faster when they're triggered, to set boundaries, to listen to their intuition, to lead differently, to create differently, to live differently.
That's the movement. The Reset gives someone seven days to experience it for themselves.
