Ambassador Terms

How commissions are earned, held, and paid.

1 — How you earn

You earn a commission on the specific program someone buys through your personal referral link. One introduction, full funnel credit on that program.

* The Egypt link, its information and its commission are for the November 2027 Egypt trip only. They do not apply to the 2026 Egypt trip.

There is no cap on how much you can earn. You do not earn on your own purchases.

2 — When a commission counts

Commissions are earned only on completed, non-refunded sales. Each sale is held through a refund window before it becomes payable. If a sale is refunded after you have already been paid for it, that commission is deducted from your future earnings.

3 — The monthly cycle

1. Someone buys through your link — the commission is logged as Pending.
2. On or after the 15th of the following month (once the refund window has passed), your commission is approved.
3. It follows your standing preference automatically — paid to your bank, or moved to your Reserve. You set this once and can change it any time before it is paid or applied. (Default: paid to your bank.)

4 — Getting paid to your bank

Connect your bank once through Stripe (about 2 minutes, in your dashboard). Payouts run monthly, on the 15th, direct to your account — usually landing within 1–2 business days. Supported countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom.

If you choose to be paid out, you receive everything you earned that month, in full, on that month’s payout run. There is no cap on your regular commission payouts.

5 — Your Reserve

Instead of cashing out, you can keep your commission as Reserve and apply it toward one of our programs — where it is worth more:

Reserve never expires. It can only be applied toward programs you do not already own. You pay any remaining difference at checkout.

Changed your mind? You can move Reserve back to a bank payout any time before you apply it to a program. If you do, you receive the base commission amount — the bonus applies only when you put it toward a program. Because this is money you had already set aside, cash-outs of saved Reserve are paid at up to $250 per month (or your highest single earning month, whichever is greater), with the balance rolling forward — so a large saved balance is paid steadily rather than all at once.

6 — Taxes

Ambassadors are independent referrers, not employees. This month we are adding required tax-form collection: US ambassadors complete a W-9, and if your earnings reach the IRS reporting threshold for that calendar year ($2,000 for 2026) you will receive a tax form (1099) for your records. Non-US ambassadors complete a W-8BEN. Please complete your form when it arrives so payouts continue without delay.
